roladki na sniadanie-zimne przekąski

Ingredients:

1 duży plaster wędliny - obojętnie jakiej - 1 plaster to jedna porcja ja robię z 10

5/8 jajek
20 dkg sera żółtego
majonez, sól, pieprz, sól czosnkowa lub ząbek czosnku

wcześniej przygotować galaretkę mięsna;
galaretka mięsna:
ja gotuje tak jak rosół np z kurczaka ( więc możemy z reszty zostawić rosół albo zrobić galaretkę mięsną - solo ), odcedzam z warzyw , dodaje żelatyny ( opakowanie na 2,5 l wody) i gotowe :) zalewam roladki :)
Mięso mozna obrać, warzywka pokroić i zalać w filiżankach na galaretkę mięsną .

Prepare instructions:

jajka gotujemy na twardo, trzemy na drobnej tarce razem z żółtym serem, mieszamy z majonezem i czosnkiem , doprawiamy do smaku. farsz zawijamy w wędlinie - jak krokiety lub naleśniki lub po prostu zwykłe ruloniki.
Układamy na półmisku i zalewamy tężejącą galaretką mięsną.

PYCHOTA!, galaretka nie pozwala zeschnąć wędlinowym roladkom, które mogą stac w lodówce kilka dni - ale wierzcie mi nie ustoją :) u mnie podaje sie to przy jakiś okazjach ( imieniny , święta ) dobry dodatego do sałatek itd. z chlebkiem - na prawdę pychota :)

Aniu jeśli byś mogła napisać jak robisz tą galaretkę mięsną to będę bardzo wdzięczna. Przepis bardzo mi się podoba i chcę spróbować. Pozdrawiam serdecznie.

W takim wydaniu roladek jeszcze nie jadłam.Na pewno pyszne.
