Ingredients:

4 duże filety z ryby {ja daje morszczuka} na sos 5 średnich cebul mały ketchup mały przecier pomidorowy 3 łyżki delikaty czerwonej do mięs 5 łyżek octu 4 łyżki cukru ziele angielskie liście laurowe 3 szklanki wody trochę vegety

Prepare instructions:

rybkę kroję w małe kawałki,obsypuję vegetą odstawiam na min. 2h potem smaże tradycjnie w jajku i bułce sos: zagotowuję wodę ,ketchup ,koncentrat , delikatę ,cukier, ocet w między czasie podsmażam talarki cebuli na odrobinie oleju {cebulę trochę posolić to się nie przypali}dodaję 5 liści laurowych i tyle samo ziela angielskiego{ powiadam wam zacny aromat}. Gdy cebula się zeszkli dodać do sosu chwilę pogotować. Układam warstwę ryby polewam sosem w półmisku i tak aż się skończą ryby. ryby są najlepsze na drugi dzień i póżniej.Lubię je robić na imprezy bo można je zrobić wcześniej Rady : filety z ryby wybieram jak najgrubsze

czy to się je na ciepło czy zimno? Przygotowałam własnie tą rybkę i jest pyszna, do niej ugotowałam ryż
