ryż z jabłkiem i cynamonem z mojego dzieciństwa

Ingredients:

- 1 szklanka białego ryżu
- 3 szklanki 2% mleka
- 500 g słodko-winnych jabłuszek
- sok z 1/2 cytryny
- cynamon starty na tarce,
- sól, cukier
- naturalny jogurt ewentualnie słodka śmietanka

Prepare instructions:

1. najpierw do garnka wlewamy 3 szklanki 2% mleka i gotujemy do wrzenia.
2. nastęonie do wrzącego mleka dodajemy opłukany ryż i gotujemy z 0,5 łyżeczki cukru i szczyptą soli pod przykryciem ok. 25 minut.
3. w międzyczasie obieramy ze skórek jabłka, potem skrapiamy sokiem z cytryny
i udusić w garnuszku z niewielką ilością wody. gdy jabłko już zmięknie można przetrzeć całość przez sito lub blenderem
4. Pod koniec duszenia doprawiamy cukrem i cynamonem
5. Ryż podajemy wymieszany z duszonym jabłkami. Polać słodką śmietaną lub jogurtem po wierzchu opruszonym cukrem i cynamonem.

u mnie w domu się jabłka dusiło. a nie wstawiało całość do piekarnika.
choć ta wersja też może okazać się samaczna. dzięki. Pozdrawiam
