sałatka brokułowa z makaronem

Ingredients:

Skladniki:

caly średniej wielkosci brokul

3 jajka

2 pomidory - lepiej żeby były twarde

makaron świderki (kolorowy) - 1/2 opakowania (ja dodaję takie drobne świderki, jak nie ma kolorowych)

Szynka (pokrojona w kostkę lub paseczki)

Sos:

czosnek

majonez

ser feta (1/4 lulb 1/3 opakowania)

Prepare instructions:

Brokul podziel na małe różyczki (wieksze różyczki przetnij na pół). Ugotuj na średnio twardo w posolonej i odrobinie poslodzonej wodzie (gotowac 3 - 4 min. kontrolujac).

Jajka ugotuj i pokrój w kostkę.

Pomidory pokrój w wiekszą kostkę. (jeśli pomidory są ‘wodniste’ to pokrojone wrzuć na sitko i odlej sok)

Szynke pokrój w kosteczkę lub paseczki (jak kto woli)

Salatke wymieszaj z sosem.

Sos: rozgnieć ser feta, dodaj kilka łyżek majonezu (tak na oko), dodaj wyciśniety/pokrojony w drobniutką kostę czosnek – WSZYSTKO DOBRZE WYMIESZAJ W ODDZIELNEJ MISECZCE I NA KONIEC WYMIESZAJ Z SALATKĄ

Salatka do lodówki – na 15 min.

Przepis moze i fajny ale po calym dniu nie mam ochoty wytezac oczu zeby go przeczytac.Mozesz zmienic wielkosc czcionki na standardowa?
