sałatka makaronowa Iwony

Ingredients:

Pół paczki makaronu - najlepiej lubella (rurki, muszelki lub kokardki)
5 parówek najlepiej berlinki lub jubilatki
puszka kukurydzy
majonez
curry
2-3 ząbki czosnku
zioła prowansalskie
bazylia

Prepare instructions:

Makaron ugotować al dente, odcedzić i wystudzić,
parówki pokroić w średniej grubości plasterki i podsmażyć na oleju aż się ładnie przyrumienią, wrzucić do makaronu, dodać kukurydzę.
Czosnek przecisnąć przez wyciskarkę lub drobno posiekać, dodac do sałatki, dodać majonez (ilość taka aby sałatka nie była zbyt sucha ale aby nie pływała w majonezie około 3-4 łyżki) 1 łyżeczka curry, szczypta ziół prowansalskich i szczypta bazyli. Wszystko wymieszać, doprawić do smaku.

Sałatka jest naprawdę pyszna,prosta i szybciutka w wykonaniu.Bardzo ją lubię robić-sprawdza się na imprezach.Polecam wszystkim!!!!

Wlasnie zrobilam ta ekspresowa salatke - zmienilam jedno - wkroilam dodatkowo 2 ogorki konserwowe dla zaostrzenia smaku! Salata jest przepyszna!Polecam!
