Sałatka hit sezonu

Ingredients:

Kapusta pekińska, ser pleśniowy, gruszki, orzechy włoskie prażone, olej z oliwek, ocet balsamiczny, sól. Proporcje wg. uznania.

Prepare instructions:

Uprażyć orzechy włoskie w piekarniku nastawionym na maksymalną temperaturę ok.8 min. Zetrzeć z nich skórkę, wysypując na ścierkę i pocierając jedne o drugie. Są przyjemnie chrupiące.
Kapustę pekińską pokroić w paski, dodać pokruszony ser pleśniowy, i pokrojone niezbyt drobno gruszki i orzechy. Wymieszać z oliwą z oliwek i octem. Podawać od razu. W przeciwnym razie orzechy przestają być chrupiące ale smak jest nadal niezły.

A ja mam pytanie: czy ser plesniowy mozemy zastapic jakims innym, np feta? Chcialabym sprobowac salatke, bo skladniki mniami, ale nie przepadam za plesniowymi wlasnie.
