Ingredients:

jedna mortadela(ok.450g)
tyle samo żółtego sera(najlepiej gołda)
4-5 ogórków konserwowych
jedna duża cebula
olej
pęczek pietruszki

Prepare instructions:

Kroimy ser, mortadelę i ogórki w paseczki(słupki),a cebulę w cienkie
piórka,mieszamy wszystko z posiekaną pietruszką i olejem.Sałatki nie trzeba
doprawiać ale najlepiej zostawić ją na 2-3 godziny w lodówce żeby się
"przegryzła". Sałatka jest równie dobra i ciekawsza kolorystycznie z
czerwoną cebulą. Można też dorzucić troche świerzego kopru(jak ktoś ma w lodówce :))

Tą sałatkę robiła najpierw moja teściowa,spróbowałam...i żyje

ale najważniejsze że naprawde smakuje świetnie!

Jest taką sałatką jaką można zrobić na bazie wędliny którą mamy akurat w lodówce( sprawdza się po świętach!) choć najlepsza jest właśnie w orginale z martadeli.
A kryzysowa no bo śiakiś tam łogórecek syrek i mięcho no i cebulke tam kajsik zawsze momy a i drogie jak kupić trza nie są

Rzeczywiście sałatka dobra ja nie dodaję cebuli. za to majonez czasami też ogórki kiszone. Polecam

Dziś zrobiłam, bardzo fajna sałatka. Zrobiłam sos z odrobiny oleju, 2 łyżeczek musztardy łagodnej i chlustu zalewy z ogórków, bo sam olej jakoś mi się nie uśmiechał.

Na drugi raz dam czerwoną cebulę, bo zwykła biała jest tu trochę ostra.
