sałatka szpinakowa z sosem serowym

Very easy

Ingredients:

-500g umytego szpinaku
-250g nierozsypujacych sie ugotowanych ziemniaków
-250g pokrojonych w kostkę twardych jabłek
-50g rokpolu
-150 ml jogurtu naturalnego
-sól i pieprz

Prepare instructions:

-Szpinak gotować pod przykryciem około 6 minut we własnym soku.Grubo posiekać.
Ja stosuje czasem mrozony szpinak drobno sztkowany.
-Ziemniaki ugotować w mundurkach ,obrać,pokroić w kostkę, wystudzić.Wymieszać ze szpinakiem i jabłkami.
-Rokpol przetrzeć lub zmiksować razem z jogurtem. Polać warzywa, lekko wymieszać i doprawić do smaku.

Ziemniaki mozna zastąpić nie dogotowanym kalafiorem.Można również użyć surowego kalafiora i szpinaku, ale wtedy lepszy jest sos vinaigrette niż jogurt.

Nie miałam pomysłu jak przygotować szpinak, sprawdzę, zobaczymy czy dobre:)

Co to znaczy- ugotować szpinak we własnym soku? Włożyć do garnka i nie dolewać wody???
