Sałatka "trawa"

Ingredients:

Sałatka szwedzka:

1 główka kapusty pekińskiej

2pomidory

1 duży ogórek

1 papryka czerwona

1 puszka groszku

1 puszka kukurydzy

1 puszka białej fasoli

1 puszka czerwonej fasoli

1 cebula czerwona

1 pęczek koperku

3 łyżki majonezu

1 kubeczek jogurtu naturalnego

3 ząbki czosnku

pieprz i sól

Prepare instructions:

-kapustę pokroić w kostkę.

-pomidory, ogórek i paprykę umyć, cebulę obrać i wszystko pokroić w niezbyt grubą kostkę.

-do kapusty dodać pokrojone warzywa, kukurydzę, groszek i fasolę.

-do kubka wlać jogurt i dodać majonez, sól, pieprz i przeciśnięty przez praskę czosnek oraz poszatkowany koperek i wymieszać.

-połączyć sos czoasnkowy z sałatką.

SMACZNEGO!!!

Sałatka jest idealna do mięska z grilla

ale pyszna również z pieczywkiem

(W wersji dietetycznej robimy bez majonezu)

Trawa bo z samych warzywek a dla mojego

męża mięso to podstawa.

Mam pytanie, dlaczego ta salatka jest wstawiona do dzialu kuchnia szwedzka?

Bo normalnie nazywa się "Sałatka szwedzka" ale mój mąż zawsze mówi: znowu sama trawa? :)
