Sałatka z kurczakiem

Very easy

Ingredients:

2 piersi z kurczaka
4 jajka
1 słoiczek cebulek perłowych konserwowych
1 puszka kukurydzy
1 woreczek ryżu
1/2 puszki ananasa ( resztę do ciasta można wykorzystać lub kisiel zrobić )
majonez ,koperek,
sól,pieprz,przyprawa do kurczaka

Prepare instructions:

Ryż ugotować ,ostudzić.

Opłukane piersi z kurczaka ,pokroić w kostkę .posypać przyprawą i odstawić w chłodne miejsce do lodówki.

Wyjąć i przesmażyć ją na rumiano na 1-2 łyżkach oleju .gdy będzie miękka ,ostygnięta wymieszać z cebulką,pokrojonym w kostkę ananasem,ryżem,przepłukaną odsączoną kukurydzą i pokrojonymi w drobną kostkę jajkami.Dodać majonez sól,pieprz koperek do smaku.Włożyć do lodówki na kilka godzin aby się przegryzła i podawać .

Salatka jest przepyszna.Jej smak zależy od tego jaką przyprawe do kurczaka używamy ale napewno z każda będzie dobra.Moja ulubiona jest z firmy Apetita z dodatkiem curry. Polecam ten przepis.
