Sałatka z marynowanym pieprzem

Ingredients:

400g makaronu "Kokardki",
2 duże filety z kurczaka,
pęczek selera naciowego,
8 - 10 łyżeczek marynowanego zielonego pieprzu,
mały kubek jogurtu naturalnego,
pół słoiczka majonezu,
olej do smażenia,
przyprawy: sół, curry, ewentualnie pieprz czarny

Prepare instructions:

Makaron ugotować zgodnie z przepisem na opakowaniu. Filety pokroić w kostkę, posolić, posypać curry, usmażyć. Seler pokroić w drobną kosteczkę. Pieprz odsączyć z zalewy. Z jogurtu i majonezu sporządzić sos - można do niego dodać jeszcze curry, jako że curry nigdy za wiele:) Doprawić solą. Składniki połączyć.

Uwaga! Proponuję dodawać sos tuż przed podaniem, ponieważ z czasem wsiąka w makaron i sałatka robi sę zbyt "sucha". Nie polecam również pieprzu Goi, ponieważ moim zdaniem jest zbyt ostry.

Zrobiłam kiedyś tę sałatkę....hm...hm...ale wyszła niejadalna, wyglad miała przepiękny, ale ja chyba nie przekonam się do selera naciowego ani pieprzu marynowanego...

Ta sałatka jest rewelacyjna!!! Uwielbiam ją od pierwszego zobaczenia, wykonania i spróbowania. A wygląda apetycznie, robi się ją bardzo łatwo, smakuje wybornie. Dziękuję za super przepis i pozdrawiam : )
