Sałatka z młodych ziemniaków z oliwkami

Very easy

Ingredients:

!/2 kg młodych ziemniaków ( średniej wielkości)
1 słoik czarnych oliwek (bez pestek)
2 cebule
2 średnie jabłka winne
pół pęczka koperku
1 słoik majonezu ( można zrobić bez majonezu tylko z oliwą z oliwek)

Prepare instructions:

Ziemniaki ugotować w mundurkach, ostudzić i pokroić w słupki,
cebulę pokroić w cieniutkie piórka,
oliwki odsączyć,
koperek posiekać,
jabłka podobnie jak ziemniaki pokroić w słupki,
wszystko wymieszać (delikatnie żeby ziemniaki się nie rozleciały)
przyprawić vegetą i pieprzem,
dodać majonez lub oliwę z oliwek.
Sałatka powinna postać około 2 godz, jest bardzo smaczna i idealna do mięsa z grilla.

Tereniu mam nadzieję że bedzie smakować Wam ta sałatka, moi goście wtrząchnęli ja przed podaniem mięsa, pozdrawiam
