Salatka z tunczyka po chinsku

Ingredients:

   2 puszki tunczyka,
   1 woreczek ryzu,
   1 puszka groszku,
   1 puszka kukurydzy,
   3 ogorki swieze,
   1 puszka ananasa (krazki),
1 peczek szczypiorku,
     troszke koperku do posypania
   kawalek zoltego sera

    Sos:

sok z polowy cytryny
troszke soku z ananasa
3 lyzki majonezu,
3 lyzki smietany          Wymieszac sporzadzajac slodkawy sos.

Prepare instructions:

Ugotowac ryz i ostudzic.
Ogorki i ananasa pokroic w kostke,
Dodac odsaczona z wody kukurydze i groszek.
Wsypac woreczek ryzu,
Posiekac i dodac szczypiorek i koperek,
Zolty ser zetrzec na tarce o grubych oczkach.
Na koncu dodac tunczyka,
Doprawic sola i pieprzem do smaku i dolac sos.

zrobiłam ją wczoraj i wyszła PYSZNA!!!!!. W sam raz na wiosne. Ogóreczek, tuńczyk i cała reszta- SUPER, dałam tylko mniej sosu zeby nie była tak ciapowata :):) pozdrawiam

Ciesze sie ze smakuje to ulubiona salatka calej mojej rodziny prosta i niebanalna.(Acha czasem dla dodania jeszcze wiecej swiezego smaku dodaje jeszcze kawalki awokado pokrojonego w kostki- Mniamusne!!!
