Ingredients:

Ciasto: • 2 szklanki mąki • 2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia • ½ kostki (miękkiej) margaryny • ½ szklanki cukru • 2 jajka • 1 żółtko Masa budyniowa: • 1 litr mleka • 3 budynie czekoladowe Masa serowa: • ½ kostki (miękkiej) margaryny • ½ szklanki cukru • 4 serki waniliowe • 3 jajka • 1 białko • 1 budyń śmietankowy • polewa czekoladowa • wiórki kokosowe

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto: z podanych składników zagnieść ciasto i wyłożyć je na prostokątną blaszkę.
Masa budyniowa: ugotować budynie czekoladowe, gorące przełożyć na surowe ciasto i równo rozsmarować. Odstawić do wystudzenia.
Masa serowa: margarynę + cukier- utrzec i stale ucierając dodawać na przemian serek waniliowy i żółtka. Następnie wsypać budyń śmietankowy, wymieszać. Na końcu lekko mieszając połączyć z pianą z 4 białek i równo rozłożyć na zimnym budyniu czekoladowym. Wstawić na 40 minut do piekarnika nagrzanego do temp. (180°C). Po upieczeniu polać polewą i posypać wiórkami

Teraz zapewne zapytasz sie czemu czemu pisze szklanka margaryny, a wiec bowiem 1 szklanka margaryny = 1 kostka margaryny:) a mi latwiej wszystko w szklankach .POzdrawiam!
