sernik czarno-biały

Ingredients:

ciasto:
1,5 szklanki mąki tortowej
0,5 szklanki cukru pudru
2 żółtka
200 g. masła
2 płaskie żyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
2 łyżki kakao

masa:
1 kg sera półtłustego homogenizowanego
1 szklanka cukru pudru
4 białka
8 łyżek wiórek kokosowych
4 łyżki roztopionego masła
kilka kropelek olejku cytrynowego
2 łyżki mąki ziemniaczanej

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto:
Wszystkie składniki połączyć, szybko wyrobić i podzielić na dwie części, wstawić do zamrażalnika.

Masa:
Z podanych składników utrzeć mikserem masę. Białka ubić na pianę i dodać do masy. Miksować do uzyskania jednolitej masy. Miksować do uzyskania jednolitej masy. Na wysmarowaną tortownicę (ś. 30 cm) zetrzeć peirwszą część ciasta, wylać na nią masę serową i zetrzeć drugą część ciasta.
Piec ok. 1h. w piekarniku o temp. 180-200 stopni.

Po ostudzeniu można polać polewą czekoladową lub posypać cukrem pudrem.

zgadzam się jest to pyszny sernik też go piekłam z sera Jogsera , ale teraz nie można u nas go kupić i muszę spróbować z serków homo może mi się uda.Polecam warto go upiec ale narobiłaś mi ochotę aż mi ślinka na niego leci.
