Ingredients:

3 jaja, szklanka cukru, 1/2 kostki masla, 2 serki waniliowe homogenizowane( po 250gram), 2 łyzki kakao,6 łyzek żelatyny, woda, cukier waniliowy

Prepare instructions:

żółtka+ szkl. cukru+ cukier waniliowy +1/2kostki masła zmiksować, dodać serki homogenizowane, podzielić całość na 2 części. Do 1-szej częsci dodać kakao i 3 łyżki żelatyny rozpuszczonej w 1/4 szkl. wody letniej, a do drugiej części waniliowej dodać taką samą porcję żelatyny wymieszanej i rozpuszczonej w 1/4 szkl. wody. Wlać do formy masę czekoladowa i schłodzić w lodówce przez 10 minut , a następnie wlać masę waniliową, pozostawic w lodówce przez 2 godziny, inka21

Radze tylko dodac troche wiecej zelatyny,ale ogolnie naprawde super:D

Żelatyny dałam tyle ile jest w przepisie i wyszedł naprawde twardy.Fakt,że żelatyna nie rozpuściła mi sie idealnie ale przynajmniej sernik smakuje tak jakby były w nim żelki.PYCHA!!! Próbowałaś może inka21 zalać ten sernik galaretka?Ten sernik ma podobny wygląd do mojego ptasiego mleczka.
