Ingredients:

paczka biszkoptów - długich lub okrągłych (200g)
margaryna (250g)
szklanka cukru pudru
5 żółtek
2 szkl mleka w proszku
500g serka smietankowego
250g sera bialego
2 lyżki żelatyny
2 lyżeczki kawy rozpusczalnej
dwie galaretki (czerwone)

Prepare instructions:

No to zaczynamy!

Przygotować roztwór z 2 lyzeczek kawy i pół szklanki wody. Biszkopty nasączyć w kawie i ułożyć na blaszce (niedużej) obok siebie.

Do misy wrzucić kostkę margaryny, żółtka, wsypać szklankę cukru pudru. Utrzeć. Następnie wrzucać po kawałku sera białego i waniliowego. Ciągle ucierając dosypywać mleko w proszku.

W międzyczasie rozpuścić żelatyne w połowie szklanki wody. A po przestudzeniu wlać ją do masy.

Serniczkową papkę wlać na biszkopty i wstawić do lodówki do momentu stężenia.

Dwie galaretki rozpuścić w 3 szklankach wody i po zastygnięciu sernika wlać, i włożyć do lodówki na 2 godziny.
