Sernik smażony wojewody

Ingredients:

Na ciasto:
40 dag mąki tortowej,
20 dag margaryny,
15 dag cukru pudru,
4 jajka,
łyżka proszku do pieczenia,
cukier waniliowy.

Masa serowa:
1 kg sera,
1 szklanka cukru pudru,
4 żółtka,
cukier waniliowy,
bakalie,
125 g kostki margaryny,
1/2 szklanki mleka,
budyń śmietankowy lub waniliowy.

Prepare instructions:

Margarynę z mąką i cukrem posiekać.Dodać proszek do pieczenia, cukier waniliowy, 2 całe jajka i 2 żółtka, a potem zagnieść ciasto. Jeśli jest zbyt kruche, dodać łyżkę kwaśnej śmietany. Ciasto podzielić na 3 części i do jednej dodać 2 łyżeczki kakao. Upiec placki.

Margarynę utrzeć z cukrem i cukrem waniliowym, dodawać kolejno żóltka i zmielony ser. Na końcu dodać ubitą pianę z 4 białeki lekko wymieszać. Przełożyć masę do rondla i cały czas podgrzewać, mieszając, na słabym ogniu, aż uzyska konsystencję mleka. Rozpuścić w mleku budyń i wlać do wrzącej masy serowej. Zagotować, dodać bakalie i przełożyć placki. Polać polewą czekoladową lub posypać cukrem pudrem.

Czy placki przekładamy wystudzoną masą? Po jej zgęstnieniu?Czy też ciepłą masę na placek leżący w blaszce+ drugim przykrywać i czekać aż to stężeje?

Lepiej poczekac , aż trochę stężeje. Masa nie będzie wypływać kiedy położysz na niej następny placek.

Placki piec w temp. 180-190 st. na zloty kolor. To jest ciasto kruche.

Zrobiłam serniczek ten na krakersach (mam padnięty piekarnik). Pycha, nie za słodki a w smaku ambrozja. Przy innych słodkich ciastach prezentował się znakomicie. To będzie mój bazowy sernik gotowany. Serdeczne dzięki.
