Sernik truskawkowy - kremowy

Ingredients:

Spód:
180 g herbatników
100 g margaryny
łyżeczka cynamonu

Ciasto:
400 g serka waniliowego
1/2 szkl cukru pudru
1/2 kg truskawek (mogą być mrożone)
1 budyń waniliowy
3 całe jajka

Prepare instructions:

Spód:
herbatniki kruszymy na małe kawałki, w tym czasie rozpuszczamy margarynę i rozpuszczoną dodajemy do herbatników razem z cynamonem. Mieszamy masę i wylepiamy nią dno blaszki 21 cm.

Ciasto:
Truskawki rozgniatamy widelcem, zostawiając trochę większych kawałków. Dodajemy serek, cukier, budyń i jajka. Dokłandie mieszamy rózgą lub delikatnie mikserem. Masę wylewamy na przygotowany spód.
Sernik pieczemy w temp. 180 stopni, około 50 - 60 minut.

Jest pyszny, kremowy, delikatny i taki truskawkowy :)

Jaki serek waniliowy uzywasz do tego sernika ?

Do tego sernika użyłam sera z biedronki w wiaderku. Mają jeszcze taki sam czekoladowy.
