1 łyzeczka sody

Prepare instructions:

Zagniesc ciasto ze wszytkich skladnikow, podzielic na 3-4 placki i upiec kazdy osobno. Po upieczeniu beda one twarde ale pozniej zmiekna pod serem.

Ser:

1kg sera zmielic dodac 2 żółtka i jedno cale jajko, oraz 1,5 szkl cukru.Utrzec w misce, mase przełozyc do naczynia i ugotowac. Mieszac zeby sie nie przypalilo ok 20 min. W 1 szkl mleka rozmieszac budyn smietankowy i dodac do sera. Razem zagotowac. Gdy zrobi sie geste ostudzic mase i przekaldac na zmaine z palckami miodowymi tak zeby na wierzchu byl ser w ostaniej warstwie. Ostatnio warstwe zalac tezejaca galaretka pomaranczowa.
