Ingredients:

1,20 -1,30 kg sera 3x zmielonego
10 jajek
1,5 szklanki cukru
1 kostka masła lub margaryny
1 Sernix
1 budyń śmietankowy
0,5 łyżki mąki pszennej
0,5 łyżki mąki ziemiaczanej
ewent.rodzynki

Prepare instructions:

Masło,cukier i żółtka ucieramy następnie dodajemy ser,Sernix ,budyń i obie mąki ,ucieramy dalej aż się składniki połączą na końcu dajemy ubitą pianę z białek i delikatnie mieszamy .Wykładamy na wyłożoną papierem większą blachę i pieczemy w temp 180 stopni aż do ładnego zrumienienia . Po ostygnięciu polać polewą

Przepis dostałam od weselnej kucharki ;) a sernik jest po prostu przepyszny :) jak tylko sama upiekę to wrzucę fotki .

Piekłam go, przepis mam ten sam (czyżby ta sama kucharka piekła u Ciebie co u mnie ?). Polecam gorąco!

być może większość kucharek piecze ten sernik ;) a wesele nie było moje ja pomagałam tylko piec ciasta :) ale serniczek jest naprawdę super :)

Czy zamiast rodzynek można dać np brzoskwinie z puszki?

nie próbowałam z brzoskwiniami ,sądzę że to raczej jest tradycyjny sernik więc rodzynki chyba bardziej pasują , ale zawsze można poeksperymentować :)
