CIASTO:

2 szkl.mąki tortowej
20 dag.margaryny
2 żółtka
5 łyżek cukru
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

MASA SEROWA:

1 kg. tłustego twarogu
4 żółtka
2 jajka
1 szklanka cukru
2 i pół.szkl. mleka
0.5 szkl.oleju
1 budyń śmietankowy
1 olejek pomarańczowy
10 dag.pokrojonych bakalii

BEZA:

6 białek
20 dag.cukru pudru
3 łyżki soku z cytryny
szczypta soli

Prepare instructions:

CIASTO: Mąkę z proszkiem do piecz.przesiać na stolnicę i posiekać z margaryną. Dodać pozostałe składniki, zagnieść ciasto,uformować kulę zawinąć ją w folię i włożyć do lodówki na ok.pół godziny.

MASA: Ser 2- krotnie zmielić i ucierać dodając kolejno jajka, żółtka, cukier, olej, mleko, budyń, kilka kropli olejku oraz pokrojone bakalie.

Formę do pieczenia (standardowa blaszka) posmarować.Ciasto rozwałkować, a następnie wyłożyć nim dno oraz boki blaszki.Wlać masę serową i wyrównać powierzchnię. Sernik wstawić do piekarnika nagrzanego do temp.180 st.i piec ok 40 minut.

BEZA: Z białek, soli, cukru pudru oraz soku z cytryny ubić sztywną pianę. Sernik pokryć pianą i piec jeszcze ok.20 min.

Ciekawa jestem, ile czasu trzeba piec ten sernik 40 czy 60 min. razem. Pozdrawiam

Po 40 min. nakładasz bezę i jeszcze wkładasz na ok.20 min. do piekarnika pozdrawiam!
