Ingredients:

Ciasto:
1,5 szklanki pokruszonych herbatników
0,5 szklanki orzechów wloskich pokruszonych
5 łyżek stopionego masła
1/4 szklanki brązowego cukru

Ser:
1 łyzka kawy rozpuszczalnej
1 łyżeczka mielonego cynamonu
1/4 szklanki gorącej mocnej kawy
1 kg sera śmietankowego
1 szklanka cukru
1 szklanka kwaśnej śmietany
3 łyżki mąki
1 łyżeczka ekstraktu wanilowego
4 jajka

Przybranie:
bita śmietana

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto:
Wymieszać pokruszoneherbatniki, orzechy, masło i brązowy cukier. Przygotowaną masą wylepić dno i boki tortownicy. Piec 8-10 min w 170 st. na złoty kolor. Wystudzić.

Ser:
W małym naczyniu rozpuścić kawę granulowaną i cynamon w kawie. Odstawić do wystygnięcia. Utrzeć ser, cukier, mąkę i ekstrakt na gładką masę. Dalej ucierając dodać jajka i roztwór kawy. Wyłozyć masę na przygotowany spód. Piec 60-70 min w 180 st. Po wystygnięciu ciasta wstawić do lodówki na co najmniej 6 godzin i przybrac bitą śmietaną.

mam pytanko czy ta bita śmietana ma być z tzw. śmietany kremówki czy z takiej śmietanki np śnieżki??

Wiadomo ze lepsza jest śmietana kremówka np 30%.. Ja robiłam z takiej. Naprawdę polecam ten serniczek. Ja wogóle jestem ich smakoszem ;)) Wkrótce zamieszcze nowe wypróbowane przepisy tylko musze foty zrobić.A mam jeszcze jeden przepis na "sernik czekoladowy z masłem ochechowym".Jest jeszcze lepszy od tego..Musze tylko do niego zdjątko zrobic.
