Ingredients:

CIASTO KRUCHE:
półtorej szklanki mąki pszennej poznańskiej, 1/2 kostki margaryny, 1 szklanka cukru, 1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia, 2 jaja, łyżka śmietany, łyżka oliwy, łyżka wódki

MASA SEROWA:
kubeł sera 1 kg, 2 jaja całe, 4 żółtka, 1/2 kostki masła stopionego ostudzonego, 1 szkl. cukru, 1 budyń śmietankowy, 2-3 szkl. mleka letniego

Prepare instructions:

składniki ciasta kruchego połączyć i wymieszać ręcznie, wyłożyć na blachę dużą składniki masy serowej połączyć, zmiksować, na końcu wlewając mleko- uwaga! masa jest płynna, proszę ją wylać na ciasto rozłożone na blasze.Pianę z 4 białek z dodatkiem odrobiny soli ubić mikserem na sztywną pianę dodając stopniowo 1 szkl. cukru piec 50 minut w 170*w piekarniku elektrycznym (lekko wcześniej nagrzanym), a jeżeli piekarnik jest gazowy to w 200* proszę piec. po upływie czasu wyłączyć piekarnik na 10 minut, po czym pianę z białek rozprowadzić na gorącym cieście lekko je wysuwając z piekarnika ale nie wyciągając całkowicie( zagońcie do pomocy swoich ukochanych). zapiekać w temperaturze 170* jeszcze przez 10 minut, po czym wyłączyć piekarnik i pozostawić NIE uchylone drzwiczki jeszcze przez 15 minut , a następnie lekko uchylić drzwi piekarnika.

Ja mam podobny przepis . Ten sernik najbardziej uwielbiam ze wszystkich serników.Jest bardzo mięciutki i smaczny.Polecam.

Palce lizać! Wilgotny, mięciutki i to ciasto...A ile kropelek:) Efekt rewelacyjny. Zachwytom nie było końca. Dzięki ineczko!
