Ingredients:

2 szkl mąki tortowej
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
1/2 szkl cukru
3 żółtka
1 całe jajko
2/3 kostki miękkiej margaryny
1 kg twarogu
olejek cytrynowy
4 żółtka
2 całe jajka
3/4 szkl cukru
3/4 szkl oleju
1 i 1/2 szkl mleka
1 budyń śmietankowy
rodzynki
1/2 szkl cukru pudru

Prepare instructions:

CIASTO: Składniki wymieszać i zagnieść na gładkie ciasto.Blaszkę wysmarować tłuszczem,oprószyć bułką tartą i wyłożyć ciasto-wylepiając ciastem boki ( na wysokości 2/3 ) i dno blaszki.

MASA SEROWA: Ser zmielić 2 razy.Miksując dodać do sera pozostałe składniki. Na końcu wsypać rodzynki. Wylać masę serową na ciasto.Piec w temp.170 st.C przez 45 minut.Ubić pozostałe białka na sztywną pianę dodając 1/2 szkl cukru pudru. Po 45 minutach ciasto wyciągnąć z piekarnika, nałożyć pianę z białek i piec jeszcze 25 minut na złoty kolor.

PORADA: zamiast tradycyjnego twarogu można użyć ser homogenizowany w wiadereczku wtedy ciasto jest delikatniejsze.

Bardzo lubię to ciasto. Jest naprawdę pyszne! Łatwo i szybko się je robi.
Tylko mi piana z białek taka ładna nie wychodzi tylko zawsze opada, dlaczego?

Ja do piany z białek na końcu dodaję 1 łyżkę mąki ziemniaczanej. Powodem opadnięcia piany może też być to, że jest zbyt krótko w piekarniku :)
