Ingredients:

Ciasto kruche:
3 szkl mąki tortowej
5 żółtek ( białka odłożyć )
25 dag margaryny
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
3 łyżki cukru

Pianka:
5 białek
1 szkl cukru ( do białek )

Ser:
1/2 kg sera białego półtłustego
1 jajo
1/2 kostki margaryny (roztopiona)
1/2 szkl. cukru
1 budyń śmietankowy - proszek
rodzynki wg uznania

Owoce:
ok. 0,6 kg śliwki ( najlepsze są węgierki )

Prepare instructions:

Sernik na wiele sposobów, to jest to co lubię!
Ta wersja ogólnie znana jako wersja z brzoskwiniami z puszki powstała całkiem przypadkowo. W okresie jesiennym z braku brzoskwiń postanowiłam wykorzystać śliwki. Szczerze polecam! ;-)

Wszystkie składniki ciasta zagnieść i wstawić do lodówki.

Ser przecisnąć lub zmielić i dodać wymienione składniki. ( czasem używam blendera )

Ubić pianę z białek i dodać cukier.

Blachę wysmarować tłuszczem.
Następnie wyłożyć na blachę:
- 3/4 ciasta
- masę serową
- śliwki ( nadmiar śliwek zjeść ;-) )
- wyłożyć ubitą pianę z białek z cukrem
- zetrzeć na tarce pozostałą 1/4 część ciasta

Piec: dół 180 st. 10 minut, następnie góra/dół 35 minut

Polecam serniczek bardzo smaczny i ślicznie wygląda:))

Sernik jest pyszny :) ale ja jeszcze na góre troche porobiłam ciapek z masy krówkowej,dla osłody :) Polecam innym bo juz wyprubowałam wiele i nie wszystkie są smaczne:)
