Ingredients:

- 500 g sera 3-krotnie mielonego lub serka homogenizowanego
- 1 opakowanie biszkoptów
- 150 g cukru
- 2 galaretki cytrynowe
- 1 galaretka inna niż cytrynowa, najlepiej pasująca do użytych owoców;)
- ulubione owoce świeże lub z puszki: mogą być każde poza kiwi i świeżym ananasem

Prepare instructions:

Dno tortownicy wykładami biszkoptami.

MASA SEROWA:
1. Obie cytrynowe galaretki przygotowujemy z 400 ml wody i studzimy.

Można też do sera nie używać galaretek ale wtedy należy przygotować ok. 20 g żelatyny (rozpuszczonej w 4 łyżkach ciepłej wody) i zapach waniliowy.

2. Ser ucieramy lub miksujemy z cukrem powoli wlewając galaretki cytrynowe. Wstawiamy do lodówki i czekamy aż masa zacznie lekko tężeć.

3. Wtedy wylewamy masę na biszkopty i wstawiamy do lodówki eby ser całkowicie stężał.

I NA KONIEC:
4. Trzecią galaretkę przygotowujemy wg. przepisu na opakowaniu. Studzimy i wstawiamy do lodówki żeby zaczęła zastygać.
5. Na zastygniętą masę serową układamy owoce i zalewamy lekko tężejącą galaretką.

Ja mam kwadratową 24 x 24 cm o taką ale może być okrągła o średnicy 23 cm.

Długo szukałam łatwegi i dobrego przepisu na sernik na zimno. I znalazłam! Serniczek jest rewelacyjny - mój mąż go uwielbia. Innym też bardzo smakuje. Dzięki za przepis

sernik super, jutro planuję wersję z galaretkami truskawkowymi zarówno do masy jak i na górę i oczywiście truskawki w roli głównej:)
