Sezamowe ciasteczka

Ingredients:

na 48 sztuk (wycinanych kieliszkiem do szampana)

1,5 szklanki mąki,
4 łyżki oleju,
4 łyżki gęstej, kwaśnej śmietany,
1/2 łyżeczka soli,
12 dag sezamu,
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia,
1 jajko,

jajko do smarowania,
sezam do posypania.

Prepare instructions:

Mąkę przesiej do miski, dodaj proszek, sól, sezam, jajko, olej i śmietanę, zagnieć gładkie, dość luźne ciasto. Rozwałkuj na grubość 3 mm, wykrawaj ciasteczka, ułóż na blasze. Posmaruj jajkiem, posyp sezamem (ja lubię posypać na wierzchu jeszcze odrobiną soli), wstaw do piekarnika nagrzanego do 170 stopni C. Piecz na złoty kolor ok. 10 min.

Bardzo smaczny dodatek do piwa.

Chciałam ulepszyć i do ciasta dodałam 3 łyżki cukru. Połowę posypałam jeszcze dodatkowo cukrem na wierzchu a połowę solą. Zdecydowanie polecam te z solą ... Gdy będę robić te ciasteczka następnym razem będę ściśle trzymać się przepisu podanego przez autora.
Bardzo dobra przegryzka :)
