skrzydełka w dżemerze - PYSZOTKA

Difficulty level
Very easy

Ingredients:

10 skrzydełek
1 dżem morelowy
5 łyżeczek keczupu (obojętnie czy pikantny czy łagodny)
3 łyżeczki soli
6 ząbków czosnku

Prepare instructions:

Na początku można już włączyć piekarnik.
Skrzydełka umyć. Dżem, keczup, sól, czosnek przeciśnięty przez praskę wymieszać razem w miseczce.
Maczamy skrzydła w pitosie i układamy na blaszkę. Resztą sosu polewamy.
Blaszkę przykrywamy folią i wkładamy do 180 stopni na godzinkę. W międzyczasie polewam kilka razy. Po 60 minutach zdejmuję folię i przypiekam skrzydła do zrumienienia 10-15 minut.
Przepis dostałam od ciotki. Skrzydła są naprawdę dobre o ile ktoś lubi lekko słodki i czosnkowy posmaczek.

Robiłam w tym pitosie także pałeczki, też dobre.

Ja dałam zamiast dżemu morelowego truskawkowy, ale też wyszły pyszne. Dziękuję za przepis i polecam :)
