śledzie-matiasy
puszka ananasów
czosnek
śmietana
majonez
świeży ogórek
cukier
cytryna lub ocet
odrobina oliwy lub oleju

dowolne ilości

Prepare instructions:

Matiasy wymoczyć .Jeśli płaty są szerokie to przeciąć wzdłuż .Płaty skropić cytryną ,olejem i posypać odrobiną cukru do smaku . Odstowić na godzinę , od czasu do czasu przewracając je , by przeszły cytryną, olejem i cukrem . W tym czasie przygotować sos. Wziąść trochę (ja biorę po 3 łyżki) śmietany , majanezu i łyżkę soku z ananasa do miseczki , dodać zmiażdżony czosnek , pokrojony w drobną kostkę ogórek i wymieszać .Płaty zwinąć w rolmopsiki przekłuć wykałaczką .Ananasy osączyć . Ułożyć na półmisku krążki ananasa na nich zwinięte matiasy , polać sosem .Przybrać . Odstawić na godzinę .

Gdy śledzie są mało słone, sos posolić .

WITAJ BASIAAA!Dzięki za powitanie ! bardzo lubię śledzie ,często robię sałatki sledziowe lecz TWÓJ wydaje się byc ciekawy,i dlatego dodaję go do moich ulubionych ! w najblizszym czasie go uzyję! pozdrawiam!
