Śledzik po japońsku

Ingredients:

3-4 śledzie w oleju (najlepsze w pietruszce)

3-4 jajka na twardo

Na sałatkę pod śledzika:

2 cebule

1 mały groszek

1 większe twarde jabłko

2 kiszone ogórki

3-4 łyżki majonezu

cukier, sól

papryka czerwona słodka, w proszku

Prepare instructions:

Cebule pokroić drobniutko, rozłożyć na deseczce płasko i posypać cukrem ( ok. 1 kopiasta łyżeczka wystarczy), posolić lekko i zostawić na chwilę, aby cebula zmiękła.

W tym czasie jabłko i ogórki trzemy na tarce na grubych oczkach, odcedzamy groszek. Cebule przycisnąć dłonią, aby jeszcze bardziej ją rozmiękczyć i aby nie była taka ostra. Przerzucić do miski z pozostałymi składnikami i wymieszać z majonezem.

Ułożyć na środku talerza, na tym postawić ugotowane jajko, a następnie obłożyć dookoła płatem śledzia. Posypać czerwoną papryką słodką.

Oczywiście, jedna mała puszka groszku! Najlepiej z Bonduelle...To taki skót myślowy...

Nie wyobrazam sobie sledzia po japonsku bez salatki warzywnej ....
