-5dag drożdzy
-3łyżki śmietany(12lub18% kwaśnej)
-1kostka margaryny
-2łyżki mleka
-40dag mąki

nadzienie-4białka,poł szk.cukru,20dag wiórek kokosowych

Prepare instructions:

Mąke,margaryne,smietane,mleko,drożdze-zarobic na gładka mase.
Ciasto podzielic na 3czesci i rozwałkowac prostokaty(jak na strucle)

białka ubic na sztywno z cukrem,wsypac wiórki dobrze zamieszac.Tak przygotowaną mase posmarowac na kazym placku.Zwinac w rulon i kroic na ukos w paseczki ok 5cm.

piec w nagrzanym piekarniku 180st.do zarumienienia(ok.30-40minut)
Mozna gotowe polac lukrem lub polewą czekoladowa.

Na opakowaniu drożdży suszonych producent podaje na jaką ilość mąki są przeznaczone :) Zwykle paczuszka 7 g starcza na 400-500g mąki.
