5 ziaren pieprzu
4 ziela angielskiego
lisc laurowy
majeranek
1 kwasne jablko
ocet winny lub prawdziwy (wedle gustu osobiscie nie uzywam cytryny bo cytryna nie da nam tak pieknego koloru jak ocet)
cukier do smaku
pieprz mielony
1 ząbek czosnku

Prepare instructions:

Obrać buraczki zetrzec na tarce jarzynowej o grubych oczkach.zalac wodą i zagotowac.Dodac przyprawy i gotowac 20 min z przekrojonym na cwiarki jabłkiem ze skorką.po tym czasie wlac ocet , wsypac cukier i majeranek gotowac jeszcze 5 min.odstawic barszczyk na 2 godzinki i przecedzic (mozna ugotować 2 dni wczesniej bedzie jeszcze smaczniejszy)doprawic wedlug swojego smaku .barszczyk ma intensywny kolor wystarczy go podgrzac na drugi dzien nigdy nie gotowac bo straci kolor.podaję swoj barszczyk wigilijny z uszkami lub z fasolą Jas ktory smakuje wysmienicie.

A ja nie wyobrażam sobie barszczu wigilijnego bez uszek. Pomysł z fasolą Jaś to dla mnie przedziwna kompilacja ukraińskiego z czystym barszczem, ale de gustibus non est disputandum. Pozdrawiam.

w profilu napisalas ze jestes wegetarianką , więc fasola ci napewno nie zaszkodzi.pozdrawiam.
