Matiasy w oleju na szybko od Mężatki

Ingredients:

Matiasy solone

Papryka konserwowa

Ogórki konserwowe lub kiszone

cebula

Zalewa:

Olej

1 łyżka octu lub kwasku cytrynowego

szczypta cukru

pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Matiasy wymoczyć w wodzie lub mleku.

Pokroić w kostke (4 cm)

Ogórek i cebula w kosteczke.

Papryka konserwowa w paski (nie za długie).

W wyższym naczyniu układać warstwami:

Matiasy, ogórek, cebula, papryka, cebula i znów matiasy... itd.

Zalać dobrze wymieszaną zalewą tak by przykryła całość.

Przykryć, wstawić do lodówki.

Na drugi dzień matiasy są już gotowe do spożycia.

Uwielbiam matiasy w takiej postaci :))
polecam każdemu! Łatwe i szybkie do zrobienia, a jakie PYSZNE...

Od dwoch lat sledzi w tej postaci nie moze zabraknac na zadnej imprezie :) poprostu pyszne.
