Składniki:

1 kg ziemniaków
25 dag mąki ziemniaczanej
2 jaja

sól
woda
olej do smażenia

Prepare instructions:

Sposób przygotowania:

Ziemniaki obierz, ugotuj do miękkości. Następnie ostudź i przeciśnij przez praskę.
Do zimnych ziemniaków dodaj mąkę i jaja i ugniataj.
Formuj w kulki.

Ugotuj w wrzącej wodzie, 3 minuty od wypłynięcia.

Następnie podgrzej olej, kluski pokrój w plasterki i smaż do uzyskania pięknego złotego koloru.

U nas na Śląsku kluski je się co niedzielę, dlatego też często zostają. A to jest nowy sposób na kluski.

Kluski są delikatne w środku, a chrupiące na zewnątrz. Podczas smażenia nabierają puszystości i delokatności.

Zgadzam się, kluseczki takie sa pyszne, tylko ja smażedo zarumienienia na maśle - polecam.

Czy takie kluski jemy jako samodzielne danie czy np. z jakimś mięskiem i sosem?

Proponuję jako dodatek do mięska. Zamiast ziemniaków czy frytek.
