Sos do spagetti

Ingredients:

20 dag mielonej wołowiny

20 dag mielonej wieprzowiny

20 dag mielonego drobiu

szklanka czerwonego wytrawnego albo półwytrawnego wina

2 puszki pomidorów

2 cebule

2 średnie marchewki

15 dag pieczarek

średnia kiełbaska śląska

sól, pieprz, ostra papryka

natka pietruszki świeża albo suszona

oregano

skórka cytrynowa

kawałek kostki rosołowej wołowej do smaku

woda

olej - około 8 łyżek

parmezan

Prepare instructions:

Cebulę i marchew pokroić w kostkę, posiekać pietruchę, wrzucić na olej i smażyć na małym ogniu kilkanaście minut. Dorzucić mięso i usmażyć na brązowo na dużym ogniu, ciągle mieszając, doprawić solą i pieprzem. Wlać wino, odparować je trochę, dodać pomidory razem z sokiem, wrzucić skórkę cytrynową do smaku, pokrojoną w półplasterki kiełbaskę oraz pokrojone pieczarki i gotować na malutkim ogniu przez około 2 a nawet 3 godziny. W międzyczasie doprawić, wrzucić ziólka, jeśli będzie za gęste, dolać wody, ewentualnie dorzucić mały kawałek kostki rosołowej.

Sos podawać z makaronem, posypany startym na tarce o drobnych oczkach parmezanem.
Jest jeszcze lepszy na drugi dzień, po wyjęciu z lodówki i podgrzaniu.

Jak na sos do makaronu to za dużo czasu zabiera czytanie przepisu, a co tu mówić o jego robieniu . :-)

pracuję z niepelnosprawnymi zrobiłem im ten sos był świetny !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! brakowało mi czosnku więc go dodałem od siebie ;)

sprobowalem z ciekawosci ale jakos tak nie za bardzo.pietrucha,kielbasa,pieczarki,mieso w takiej ilosci,brak czosnku,cytryna(?!)marchew...nie bardzo to wszystko mi pasuje,nie trafilo to w moj gust.za duzo tego wszystkiego i nie tak jak powinno to wygladac.
