spaghetti z chorizo a´la Victor

Ingredients:

80g hiszpanskiej kielbasy chorizo
zielona pietruszka
srednia cebula
sos pomidorowy pol puszki
2 czerwone papryki ze sloika w zalewie labo w oleju
300 g drobnego makaronu
oliwa z oliwek
ser zolty, najlepiej parmezan albo cheddar

Prepare instructions:

kielbase kroimy w platerki, papryke i cebule drobno kroimy, makaron gotujemy wg przepisu na opakowaniu.
na oliwie podsmazamy cebule po chwili dodajemy kielbase i smazymy az pusci sok. dodajemy pokrojona papryczke i podsmazamy przez chwile razem. dodajemy sos pomidorowy i przyprawiamy - najlepiej tylko sol i pieprz (kielbasa ma swoj charakterystyczny smak)
na talerz nakladamy makaron i polewamy naszym sosem z chorizo.
opcja:
przygotowac naczynie zaroodporne. makaron wymieszac z sosem i wylozyc tym naczynie. na wierzch posypac ser tarty i wlozyc do piekarnika az ser sie rozpusci.

Jaką rolę w tym przepisie pełni pietruszka ? czy to ma byc korzeń pietruszki czy zielona natka pietruszki.

chorizo występuje w wielu wersjach, myslę jednak iż nie można tego charakterystycznego smaku zastąpić salami...
