Spaghetti z pomidorami czosnkiem i mozzarellą

Ingredients:

500 gram makaronu spaghetti
4-5 łyżek oliwy z oliwek
2 duże pomidory malinowe
sól
pieprz
pokrojona świeża bazylia
ser mozzarella
2 duże ząbki czosnku

Prepare instructions:

Ugotować makaron al dente w osolonej wodzie, odcedzić.
Pomidory zalać na chwilę wrzącą wodą, następnie przełożyć do zimnej wody, zdjąć skórkę, miąższ pokroić w kosteczkę.
Oliwę rozgrzać na patelni, dodać przeciśnięty przez praskę czosnek i chwilę podsmażyć (nie za długo, jeśli czosnek zbrązowieje, sos będzie gorzki).
Następnie dodać pokrojone pomidory i podsmażać około 2 min, aż sos zacznie gęstnieć.
Dodać sól, pieprz oraz pokrojone lub porwane listki bazylii.

Gotowy makaron wyłożyć na talerze, polać sosem, na każdą porcję nałożyć po plasterku sera mozzarelli.
Zapiec, np. w mikrofali przez około minutę.

Smak rewelacyjny, polecam.

oh tak połączenie pomidorow oliwy czosnku bazylii i mozarelli jest fantastyczne. Cały sekret najlepszych past tkwi w prostocie przygotowania i świeżych składnikach :) uwielbiamy też wersję z papryczką peperoni, a jeśli zamiast kupionego makaronu da się taki własnej roboty, to każda knajpa się umywa :)
