Surówka z modrej kapusty

Ingredients:

Porcja dla 8 osób:

pół główki czerwonej kapusty (ok. 1 kg)

pęczek drobnego szczypiorku lub dymka

cytryna

sól

Sos:

2 pojemniczki jogurtu naturalnego (180g każdy)

2-3 łyżeczki musztardy

4 łyżki oliwy

sól i pieprz do smaku

Prepare instructions:

Kapustę poszatkuj jak najcieniej. Zalej wrzątkiem, przykryj naczynie i odstaw na 20 minut. Odsącz kapustę, ostudź, posyp solą, skrop sokiem z cytryny i ponownie odstaw na kilkanaście minut.

Przygotuj sos, dokładnie roztrzepując lub blendując składniki.

Kapustę wymieszaj z sosem i podaj do świątecznego obiadu. Jeśli chcesz, możesz ją przed zaserwowaniem lekko schłodzić w lodówce.

Surówka smaczna ,ale zdania były podzielone ....mi brakowało trochę cukru :)))

My akurat nie przepadamy za słodkimi surówkami - to pewnie rzecz gustu :)
