Świąteczna ryba w pieprzu cytrynowym

Ingredients:

SKŁADNIKI

4 duże płaty świeżego dorsza bez skóry,

1/2 kg obranych pieczarek,,

1 cebula,

2 łyżki śmietany, lub jogurtu,

CIASTO

1 jajko,

3/4 szklanki wody,

1 łyżeczka vegety

ok. 3/4 szklanki mąki

PRZYPRAWY

1 łyżeczka pieprzu cytrnowego,

1 łyżeczka startej skórki z cytryny

1 łyżeczka soku z cytryny

sól do smaku, szczypta cukru

Prepare instructions:

Przygotowujemy ciasto. Jajko trzeba roztrzepać z wodą dodać vegety i stopniowo mąkę ubijając trzepaczką. Konsystencja powinna być trochę gęstej śmietany.

Kroimy rybę na niewielkie części, obtaczamy w cieście i smażymy na rozgrzanym tłuszczu do miękkości. układamy na dużym półmisku do wystygnięcia.

Na oddzielnej patelni smażymy drobno posiekaną cebulę i dodajemy pieczarki pokrojone w plastry, doprawiamy przyprawami, skórką z cytryny, sokiem, zalewamy śmietaną i dusimy wszystko aby zgęstniało. Odstawiamy do wystygnięcia.

Na wystudzoną rybę układamy uduszone pieczarki. Wkładamy do lodówki na godzinę. Przekąskę podajemy na zimno do chlebka.

Brzmi apetycznie, ale zdjęcie mnie osobiście nie zachęca, przepraszam za szczerość.

Może rzeczywiście nie najlepsza prezentacja- to próba przed wigilią. Na wigilię postaram się bardziej.:)
