Ingredients:

Ciasto:
3 szklanki mąki
2 szklanki cukru
5/8 szklanki niesłodzonego kakaa
1 łyżeczka soli
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
1 łyżeczka extraktu waniliowego
2 szklanki zimnej wody
2 łyżeczki destylowanego białego octu
2/3 szklanki oleju

tłuszcz i bułka tarta to formy

Krem:
2 szklanki śmietany kremówki
1/2 szklanki cukru pudru
1 łyżeczka cukru waniliowego
1 łyżeczka żelatyny
barwnik spożywczy ( lub nie, jak kto woli)

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto: Wszystkie składniki połączyć i dokładnie wymieszać lub użyć miksera.
Przygotować tortownicę. Wylać ciasto.
Piec w 180°C przez około 35 minut.
Krem: Śmietanę wraz z cukrami ubić.Dodać kilka kropel barwnika.Pod koniec ubijania dodać uprzednio rozpuszczoną w 3 łyżkach wody żelatynę.

Po wystygnięciu ciasta wyjąć z formy, obłożyć kremem i przyozdobić wedle uznania i fantazji... :)

Przygotowałam go dziś z okazji urodzin mojej siostrzenicy wraz z jej młodszą siostrzyczką :)

Hej Roni , jesteś pewna , że to ciasto na wodzie i bez jajek wyjdzie bez zakalca?

Robiłam go w prawdzie pierwszy raz ale wyszło znakomicie, bez zakalca... Wszystkim bardzo smakował.
