Szarlotka Asi

Very easy

Ingredients:

2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
2 szklanki mąki
1 margaryna
1 szklanka cukru
4 jajka
1 kg jabłek
1 budyń o smaku wiśniowym lub malinowym (musi być czerwony)

Prepare instructions:

Z proszku do pieczenia, mąki, margaryny, pół szklanki cukru i czterech żółtek zagnieść ciasto.Część ciasta zostawić na kruszonkę.Resztę wyłożyć na wysmarowaną i wysypaną bułką tartą blachę.Na ciasto nałożyć ćwiartki jabłek,następnie ubić pianę z pół szklanki cukru (jeśli jabłka są słodkie to wystarczy 1/4 szkl.),do piany dodać budyń (proszek).Jabłka polać pianą,na wierzch kruszonka.Piec aż się zrumieni.

Zawsze się udaje i znika bardzo szybko.

Zawsze piekę w temperaturze 180 stopni i do momentu,gdy ciasto jest już zarumienione.Trudno mi w tej chwili powiedzieć,ile to minut.

Upiekłam i nie żałuję. Szarlotka bardzo pyszna. Na wierzchu polałam jeszcze troszkę czekoladą. Dzięki.

Pyszna szarlotka . Ja pieklam 40 min i byla gotowa.

Pyszna szarlotka. Często ją piekę. Z moich modyfikacji:

zamiast margaryny używam masła
daję troszkę więcej mąki
nie dodaję budyniu do piany
