SZARLOTKA mamci

Ingredients:

1 szkl. maki pszennej
3/4 szkl. maki ziemniaczanej
250 g margaryny
4 jajka
1 szkl. cukru
1/8 szkl. mleka
1 lyzeczka proszku do pieczenia
(proporcje na mniejsza blaszke)

ok. 1,5 kg jablek
0,5-1 lyzeczki cynamonu (wedle uznania)
(z jablek zrobic mus, doprawic cynamonem)

Prepare instructions:

Obie maki wymieszac z proszkiem, nastepnie zalac goracym tluszczem zagotowanym z mlekiem i cukrem.

Dokladnie wymieszac i odstawic do wystygniecia.

Gdy masa wystygnie dadawac po jednym zoltku i miksowac.

Na koniec delikatnie wymieszac z ubita piana z bialek.

Polowe ciasta (lub troche wiecej) wylac na blache i zapiec w temp. ok 170-180 stopni do lekkiego zrumienienia.

Na podpieczone ciasto wylozyc mus z jablek, wylac reszte ciasta i dalej piec az ciasto bedzie przyrumienione.

Generalnie nie przepadam za jalecznikami, ale tym moglabym sie zajadac bez przerwy. Jest bardzo smaczny :-)

Sezon na jabłka się zaczyna, więc dodam moją uwagę: zamiast mąki zimniaczanej dodałam ostatnio (z braku laku) budyń brzoskwiniowy i było jeszcze pyszniej!
