No tak  już doczytałam w wykonaniu że chodzi o kiełbasę:) ale może warto dopisać  w składnikach kiełbasa zyczajna.

"Bulwy sztompane z kwasnym mlykiem" tak mój znajomy nazywał kaszubską potrawę z dzieciństwa.... było bardzo podobne, ziemniaki były tłuczone z zieloną cebulą dymką i podsmażonymi skwarkami z boczku... mniam

A oto moje sztamp bulwy ........dziś na obiad zrobione ...a czy dobre to się dopiero dowiem ,....czekają na degustację ...

Często robie coś takiego,ale czasem zamiast kiełbasy daje boczek,pycha,moje dziewczynki lubią to jeść ze śmietaną
