Szybka ryba po grecku

Ingredients:

1,5 kg filetow z mintaja
5 jajek
mąka pszenna
wegeta , pieprz
1 opakowanie włoszczyzny mrożonej
1/2 słoiczka sosu słodko-kwaśnego (Pudliszki)
1/2 słoiczka sosu meksykańskiego

Olej do smażenia

Prepare instructions:

rybę rozmrażamy w osolonej wodzie (np. w nocy). Z jajek, mąki i przypraw robimy gęste ciasto ( gęściejsze niż naleśnikowe). Maczamy kawałki ryby w cieście i smażymy na oleju na złoty kolor.
w trakcie smażenia przygotowujemy jarzynkę! Do rondelka wlewamy ciut oleju i podsmażamy zamrożoną włoszczyznę, po chwili dolewamy ciut wody i dusimy pod przykryciem az będzie miękka. Dodajemy sosy i gotowe.

Przygotowaną jarzynką przekladamy usmażoną rybkę. Odstawiamy w chłodne miejsce a na 2 dzień pałaszujemy :):)

Nie bierzcie sobie do serca tych gotowych sosów!!!!!! ryba zrobiona w ten sposób naprawdę jest PYSZNA :) wszyscy znajomi się dziwią ze to z pół produktów i proszą o przepis:) Naprawdę warto spróbować.
