Tiramisu deser z Villa Magnat

Ingredients:

5 żółtek,
1 małe opakowanie -serek mascarpone,
ok 150 - 200 ml - dwie duże kawy espresso ,
paczka biszkoptów (12 szt)
amaretto 150 ml,
rum 150 ml,
6 łyżek cukru pudru,

dodatki:

bita śmietana,
gorzka sypka czekolada,
lub kakao.

Prepare instructions:

Wlewamy rum do kawy. Biszkopty łamiemy w salaterce i wlewamy do nich kawę z rumem.
Nasączone biszkopty ubijamy widelcem i dokładamy kolejne, aż zrobi się gęsta, przesiąknięta masa.
Do serka dodajemy żółtka oraz cukier puder. Dolewamy amaretto. Miksujemy na gładką masę.
Masę biszkoptową i mascarpone nakładamy na przemian warstwami w przezroczystym, szklanym kielichu lub salaterce.
Dekorujemy na wierzchu bitą śmietaną lub sypką gorzką czekoladą.

zamiast gorzkiej czekolady deser posypać można kakao)

Tereso a ile tego serka mascarpone bo nie pisze ? I biszkopty zalewamy gorącą kawą ? Mam ochotę zrobić tiramisu ,jeszcze nigdy nie jadłam ,ale słyszałam że jest pyszne

Witaj Madeleine 1 opakowanie lub 50dag jak lubisz, możesz dodać więcej....a serek mascarpone możesz zastąpić świeżym słodkim naszym tawrogiem ( pisząć słodkim, mam na myśliu świeżym, jeszcze nie "skwasniałym" serkiem, a nie słodzonym. Możesz zerknąć jeszcze w moje Tiramisu z owocami oraz krem a'la tiramisu ; Http://www.gotowanie.wkl.pl/przepis32728.html

Dziękuję Tereso.Jak zrobię to wstawię fotki.Co do pomysłu zastapienia serka mascarpone twarogiem to myślę że nie warto,bo konstystencja mascarpone jest nieco inna i smak też się troszeczkę różni.
Z zakupem mascarpone nie ma problemu , idzie go dostać w kazdym sklepie tu we Francji.
