Ingredients:

25 dag miękkiego masła
25 dag cukru
1 jajko
1 likierowy kieliszek wiśniówki
25 dag migdałów , orzechów laskowych lub orzechów włoskich
25 dag mąki
1 czubata łyżka kakao
1 łyżeczka cynamonu
1 cukier waniliowy
szczypta mielonych goździków
1 zóltko
1/2 szklanki marmolady porzeczkowej lub malinowej

Skladnki na 12 porcji

Prepare instructions:

Tłuszcz , cukier, jajko i wiśniówkę wymieszac mikserem . Dodać mielone migdały lub orzechy , mąkę , kakao, cynamon, cukier waniliowy ,goździki.Wymieszać.
Ciasto wstawić na 1 godz. do lodówki
2/3 ciasta włożyc do natłuszczonej tortownicy o srednicy 24 cm , przykryć folią i przycisnąć brzegiem o wysokosci 2 cm , folię zdjąć;
Ciasto posmarować marmoladą , resztę ciasta rozwałować , wyciać listki i ułożyć w formie kratki na torcie ;
Żóltko wymieszać z 1 łyżeczką wody , posmarować nim listki z ciasta . Piec 1 godz. w temperaturze 180° C

Wygląda super i planuje go zrobić na święta ale mam tylko tortownice 26cm. Powinnam zwiększyć ilość składników czy zostawić tak jak jest i całość będzie po prostu cieńsza?
