0,5 kg cukru(ja daje mniej)

6 łyżek mąki ziemniaczanej

5 żóltek

40 dag masła

cytryna

kakao

biszkopty dowolny kształt

czekolada

spażone rodzynki

galaretka 1lub 2

opaska na tort lub wysoka tortownica

Prepare instructions:

odlać pół szklanki mleka i rozpuścic w niej mąkę tak jak bydyń

Pozostale mleko z cukrem zagotować ostrożnie aby sie nie przypalio do gotującego mleka dodać rozpuszczona mąkęi gotować mieszając pod koniec gotowania dodać żóltka i zamieszać odstawić przelać do innego naczynia ostudzić

utrzec maslo i po trochę dodawać budyń

podzielić mase do jednej porcji dodać kakao ilość wedle uznania(ja daje 3,4 lyżki)

a do drugiej sok z cytryny do obudwu mas troche rodzynek i pokrojonej nie startej aby bylo ją czuć czekolady

tortownice wylożyć biszkoptami wylać ciemną mase, znowy biszkopty jasna masa

W przepisie jest chyba błąd. W składnikach podane jest 0,5 szkl mleka na 6 łyżek mąki a w wykonaniu pisze odlać 0,5 szkl mleka. Ile tego mleka trzeba dodać?

Bo pewnie powinno być pół litra mleka.
