Wątróbka na grzance

Ingredients:

8 kromek chleba wiejskiego
400 g wątróbek drobiowych
4 łyżeczki musztardy dijon lub innej
2 łyżki masła
kilka listków sałaty
2 cebule
1 jabłko
4 łyżki oleju

Prepare instructions:

Wyśmienita ciepła przystawka, nadaje się na imprezę podana do sałatki ze świeżych warzyw, lub samodzielnie.
Zwykła, nudna czasem wątróbka podana w inny sposób może być czymś wspaniałym

.

1. Z chleba odetnij skórkę i formując z kromek zgrabne kwadraty. Usmaż z chleba grzanki na 2 łyżkach masła.

2. Wątróbki oczyść, usmaż na rumiano na 4 łyżkach oleju, posól po usmażeniu. Odłóż w ciepłe miejsce, żeby nie wystygły. Cebulę pokrój w cienkie plasterki. Usmaż na oleju pozostałym po smażeniu wątróbek na złoto, odsącz z tłuszczu.

3. Jabłko przekrój na pół, wytnij gniazdo nasienne i pokrój w cienkie plasterki.

4. Każdą grzankę posmaruj musztardą dijon, nałóż listek sałaty, plasterki jabłka, wątróbkę i troszkę smażonej cebuli.

Wygląda ok, spróbuję w takiej postaci przemycić wątróbkę do mojej kuchni. Może chociaż raz moje łobuziaki nie będą się zapierać, że "pod żadnym pozorem tego nie tkną" :D
