Inka, dzięki za przepis, w samą porę /dla mnie oczywiście/ zamieściłaś go, bo własnie przyniosłam porzeczkę czerwonę z działki i zastanawiam się co z niej zrobić. Więc zrobię wino!!! dorzucę jeszcze trochę czarnej - będzie lepszy kolor.

Wino z porzeczek bardzo dobre robię od wielu lat.Ja dodaję więcej cukru a moja proprcja to:5kg.porzeczek,2 kg cukru,4 litry wody, 3g.pożywki,drożdże burgund lub bordeaux.Pozdrawiam.

Najczęściej z rożnokolorowej z przewagą czrnej bo takiej mam najwięcej.
